Yes 4G Outage

I have been using yes 4g service for more than five months... I am satisfied with the speed and coverage area but cannot really stand their service outage without putting an announcement to inform the users. The outage will happen about once a month where only www.yes.my could be accessed but no any other website.

It is quite annoying and hassle for me to call to yes care and ask if there is a service outage.

Is putting up an announcement that difficult?
As a web developer, i don't see any difficulties in this.

I have been writing to the Yes care mentioning about this,and also posted on the twitter long time ago but not getting a positive response.

Anyone out there facing the same frustration like me?
