Where can I find the full court judgement?

As titled.

I tried to look online, and came upon an NST website that seemed to suggest an initiative from the judiciary that launch www.judgement.my to download court judgement. But it didn't work.

Another private website is www.elaw.my, but they charge really alot just for court judgement, and it doesn't appear to be comprehensive(despite the title).

So how do you guys find court judgements?

Hi Guys,

Just wondering if you have completely withdrawn from Binance to try other platforms, or is there a way to still use it?

I can still access it via VPN, but i don't think I can trade as it asked me for residential proof. Is there a different way to continue using the platform?

Did my vaccine in US, how to declare?

*Update 06Sep2021*

https://www.bharian.com.my/berita/nasional/...lu-lapor-ke-pkd

Based of the report above, I can confirm ITS NOT TRUE. *for penang*

I've have tried to report myself to the nearby Pejabat Kesihatan Daerah, waited 1 hour in line, only to be told there is nothing to present and email to MySejahtera. I emailed them a week earlier and gotten no response. Told them and they advice me to call Vaccine Center 04-2611330. Only to be have a dead end line (no connect).

I've gotten this info from another colleague who successfully registered. Here are the actual steps:

1) mailto:immunisasicovid19penang@gmail.com
2) Attached proof of cert of vaccine in foreign country, card, and IC
3) Wait a few days and then MySejahtera will get updated.

_____________________________________________________________________________________

I did my vaccine jab in US while on a business trip back in April this year, the Johnson & Johnson jab.

Now since Malaysia is finally getting their 2nd dose, I'm not sure what to do, as my status in mysejahtera is still unvaccinated.

There is no link or step to help confirm my status.

Previously when I enter into Malaysia, they had a questionnaire if travellers have been vaccinated, but didn't verify.

Now I'm not sure if I should take another jab just to confirm to the KKM.

Anxiety for ‘banana’ parents

https://www.thestar.com.my/metro/metro-news...-banana-parents

QUOTE

CHINESE vernacular schools are known for their tough academic standards and amid the current pandemic, ‘banana’ parents are feeling added pressure.

‘Banana’ is a colloquial term for those who are ethnically Chinese but cannot speak or read Mandarin – a description embodied by the fruit that is yellow on the outside but white on the inside.

For mother Amber Choo, online classes have been a point of anxiety not only for her daughter but for herself as well.

“My mother is Eurasian and my father can speak his family dialect of Hokkien but neither of them speak Mandarin.

“Growing up at home, we spoke English almost exclusively, ” the 36-year-old said.

Choo’s child has just entered Year 1 at a local SJK© and now attends daily online classes held by the school.

“It’s very tough. Every subject except English and Bahasa Melayu is held in Chinese, which is understandable of course.

“This adds to my helplessness during the pandemic, ” Choo said.

Another parent, who wanted to be known only as Chuah, 38, said he spent a lot of time putting

written Mandarin messages through translation apps.

“The school has a WhatsApp group for each class and there are often questions asked by other parents that are written in Mandarin.

“I have to translate the messages one by one via Google Translate. It takes a lot of time but we’re afraid to miss anything important, ” Chuah said.

He added that although both he and his wife were working from home, they could do little to help their seven-year-old son.

“I’m not sure how much help

I can give my son by sitting next to him since I don’t understand any Mandarin.

“I feel immersion is the best way to learn a language so if my son can go to school and be surrounded by people speaking the language, he will adapt.

“Now, however, I don’t know how much he can pick up during online classes where the interaction is much more limited, ” Chuah said.

When asked about the issue, SJK© Chong Cheng principal Tan Wei Kuan assured parents that children could pick up a new language very quickly.

“We have a lot of pupils from families who don’t speak Mandarin at home.

“We welcome about 360 new Year 1 pupils every year and out of this, about 60 or so do not speak Mandarin at home.

“Within three to six months, however, they manage to pick up the language, ” Tan said.

Acknowledging that face-to-face interaction made learning Mandarin a lot easier, she advised parents not to worry too much.

“When their children return to school, they will catch up very fast.

“We often see pupils from non-Mandarin backgrounds competing well with their peers.”

Anyone else facing this issue? Here have people regret not letting their children or yourself learn chinese?

Best value guitar course online?

Recently started to learn how to play acoustic guitar. I’m having fun learning the basics ( C, D, G, A etc) strumming.
I’ve downloaded a few app guitar courses that is shown online. And tried some 1 week free trial.

Now I’m really serious in purchasing a course, but am in a dilemma on which beginner course is good for me. I want one where it can help me understand notes and have fun variety.

Here are the different course list I’ve went through:

Yousician
Justin Guitar
Simply Guitar
Guitar Tricks
Paul Davis (learnpracticeplay)

Help! I'm trying to get out of a marriage proposal

My story is tragic la. I met this vietmoi in 2015, start dating in 2016. At first it was very fun. The dates, the closeness, Can piap anytime I want, but after a while she has to go back to her country. Since she is working in Malaysia as a unskilled worker, Malaysian law states that they must wait 3 months before any other employment. Now she told me that her father wants to marry her off to another guy, but that time I was like not wanting to lose her, so I like promised to marry her. We still keep in touch everyday when she went back. Facetime after working hours. I didn't think of finding another girl as I was kinda busy with work. I also made arrangements to meet her parents in vietnam after 3 months and bought flight ticket for me and her to come back.

Now like 3months has passed I feel like I don't like her anymore, but since I already made arrangements I went to Vietnam and meet her parents, and they all like so happy their daughter is getting married, I don't have the courage to tell them that I want to move on already. Now when she comes back I will just let her have a honeymoon over here for a month before telling her I can't marry her or date her.

Is there any other way for me to do this without being a bad person?

*Latest update*
25 may 2019

She followed me back to Malaysia now and I broke her the sad news. She cried and I cried. We did alot of talking and I realized that I am just not ready for marriage. There's nothing wrong with her,I just need time to confirm if she is the one. We met with my parents. My dad was ok with being marriage but my mom has doubts. I like her alot and I don't want to lose her, at the same time she doesn't want to wait so long for me. I asked for 6 months and she rejected it, saying she'll find someone else by that time. I just don't know what to do. Please help me out here.

Should I reveal my previous payslip to employer?

I am very confused. Some say it's mandatory, some says you don't have to. My pay is already very low compared to someone who has worked for 7+ years. Below 4k engineer.

Now they said that if your performance is good, you can ask for more. But I've seen how they only offered 4-7% every year. How to escape from this low salary trap?

Thing is I'm currently trying to switch my career and industry, I have been working as a production and maintainence engineer at textile company for 6 years now, and really sick at it. I was thinking of doing more in software or electronics development work in semiconductor MNC companies, but how do I do that?

If I send resume out through job street, they will assume I only want a production/maintenance jobs, or not correct industry.

I was thinking of going through agencies for this problem. Can anyone recommend me a good one? What can I also do?

Applied for bosch but did not get anything

Failed to get into university for masters degree

Recently I applied for masters in germany for a total of 10+ universities, and get rejected by each and every one of them. I believe that my low grades (2nd class lower, equivalent to a C grade) are the primary reasons why noone would take me. I feel so sad as I spend so much time and effort in doing additional test, the GRE and also the IELTS (both of which has good scores (GRE- 314, IELTS 7.5), in addition to my 5 year working experience in a manufacturing industry, (though not a MNC).

At one point, I feel like killing myself. Luckily the feeling pass away quickly. I just don't know what I should do. I can continue working, and hopefully change jobs to a more meaningful one, but at this point, I just want to improve my knowledge skills in a german university, and also gain some networking opportunities, and I can't see myself doing that changing jobs.

I sincerely asked that people who are in a similar experience or knows someone like me to please give me some guidance.

I'm doing engineering, and would like to explore my options in the technical fields, such as mechatronics, electronics, or even computer science. If there is no way, I guess I can do management with engineering masters. My background is Mechatronic Engineering.

Sometimes my drive is really high and I like to do it twice. But my gf complains that she is too tired, and won't let me. If I force her somemore, she could report me to police. Any sifu have experience in this?

Also, She won't let me go under the forest. But I heard it would help in giving a good time.
