One of my relative got summon letter for his car with the following offence:

Laju dikesan: 80 km/j
Had laju: 80 km/j
Lebihan laju: 0km/j

How is that considered as driving over limit as lebihan is 0km/j? The letter does not state any avenue to appeal or bring this matter up. Any idea how?

Also, it was driven by another person. Any way to get the driver's driving licence no if we know his NRIC?

Hi, i am new to Taobao and recently made an order under the consolidated shipping option. The item has arrived at the warehouse and I receive notification that I need to make further payment for shipment to Malaysia. I just found this out

Can I make a new order under this consolidated shipping option so that it arrives at the same warehouse and shipped together with the first order? How do they know which warehouse to consolidate the orders together? Is there any time limit to make payment and wait for all other orders to arrive?

My contractor took this photo of the water tank at my house. The vertical pipe seems to be for overflow? Is this a common practice? To just leave the overflow pipe like this and not connected to outside? Like this, if overflow means the whole ceiling will be leaking water right. Thanks

Key collection before eletricity and water supply

According to SPA, DLP is 24 months. However, there is a clause at the acknowledgement of key collection as below, which contradicts the SPA. Any advice?

Purchasers are required to apply for water supply on our own. However, SPA state that the Developer shall undertake to apply for the connection of water. Is my understanding correct? Is this a breach of the SPA?

Developed has applied for eletricity but it has not been connected. Meaning the house will have no eletricity and water supply during key collection.

Any input is appreciated. TQ

Question on AirAsia flight refund

Hi,

I just received a notification of flight rescheduling. One of the option is Refund stated below:

You may be eligible for a refund based on the terms and conditions of your flight booking. For any additional partial payment made, the Refunds for partial payment will be made back to the original form of payment mode according to the method (e.g travel voucher + other payment).

My seats are normal low fare seats. If I click refund, will I get full refund ie the total amount paid includive of everything? and how will it be refunded?

Hope those with same experience can answer.
