[WTA] 2.1 Speaker problem

I have an altec lansing Fx 3021... bought few years ago...

Problem 1
the right of the sub's voice very low, i thought there would be something wrong with my driver etc etc... after i plug in my phone the result still the same... tried to adjust the Left Right calibration, the right side's sound will like pecah when performing some system sound but still ok when playing music.

Problem 2
The speaker if power on 24/7 it would be normal, but sometimes if i turn it off, it can't turn on. What i do is to turn off the switch for say like half an hour then i keep on trying to power on only it can be turn on.

Would like to know where can i repair this, because the sound still very nice, don't want to waste too much RM to buy a new speaker.

FYI im staying somewhere Setapak.
