if salary is rm13K +++... take home about rm10K only

commitments

house rm4400 (2 house)
food+ other expenses rm1500

savings about rm 4100 per month

but when factor in the bonus payout, can get one yr about rm30-40K clean so makes to about rm2.5-3.5K average a month

so monthly is like rm6K can save lah... just estimation

is it okay to just keep dump in the extra money into housing loan?

any other good investments?

planning to get a merc c200 for own use.

looking into mudah.my, many recond units of merc c200 are available at the price of rm168-190K

almost rm80-100K savings compares to buying a new merc

can anyone advise how is these recond cars?

the tempting buys r the AMG merc c200...rm175k can get..... sporty with nice amg rims

there r so many dealers selling recond.... how to choose?

I prefer condo with swimming pool and gym.

Need a condo that allows dogs. i have a poodle..so its a must.

Budget wise: Less than 2K
the cheaper the better
