hai..

i got problem wif my ASUS motherboard.....still got 1 years warranty...i bought it at P.P but now im staying in KL...

i already call ASUS service centre at Wisma SPS...but they said..:::::

1st time i called : please send your mobo n receipt pictures to asus bla..bla..bla..then we will arrange whether technician can help u or not for appoinment....untill now...they not reply me...

2nd time i called: end user cant send mobo to services centre......then wats point ASUS developed services centre????

3rd time i called: u shud send to retailer then they will send to ASUS bla..bla..bla......lorrrr...then i shud go to PP or juz send to others retailer in KL??

so...please anyone here help me..reply me if u know any shop can help send to services centre?i want send it by myself coz near wif my workplace and

can avoid fees charges by retailer but ASUS like burden their customer.......damn low customer services ...different operator,different solution...make

me sad....
