Very headache / Where to buy property?

Currently budget only around 300-350K looking for NEW 2-Storey Terrace House.

- NOT interested for Apartments/Flats/Condos
- NOT interested for second hand property

-Puchong Kinrara/Bandar Puteri prices ALL jack up to 600k for just 2-Storey Terrace House. What has the world become already?

-Setia Alam cheaper but also around 450k above launching price for 2-Storey Terrace House.

-Kota Kemuning is way out of budget. It's a good town and new development is going-on and for sure going to be another Puchong in 10-20 years time. But it's just too near to Klang area and the price is not cheap too.

-Ampang/Cheras/Wangsa/Bukit Jalil is out of the way in Kuala Lumpur. Prefer to stay in Selangor area.

-Klang/Shah Alam/Banting/Rawang/Kajang those messy towns.

If anyone remember last time Puchong is very quiet and less jam city. Where to find a a place to buy????

FORWARD TO EVERYBODY LET EVERYONE AWARE OF THIS. THIS IS ANOTHER SCAM LIKE THE BILLSHOCK DATA PLAN.

Just to let you all aware of the latest trick here. Maxis partnering with MNC Consulting SMS trying to ripping off postpaid users by sending stupid SMS and then charged on our bills. Those with high credit limits should beware of this and monitor your usage very frequently. It can exceed thousands.
