            <title>Which loan is suitable to me?</title>

            <description>I had just book 1 under construction condo unit. A few banks are offering different packages. Still considering which one will suits me better.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Will flexi loan save more interest if i put my emergency fund and salary into the current account in the long run? But Bank C semi-flexi loan is offering lower interest but don&amp;#39;t have the benefit to withdraw anytime. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Which one is more attractive?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bank A:&lt;br /&gt;a) Flexi Islamic&lt;br /&gt;b) BLR - 2.2%&lt;br /&gt;c) No setup/monthly fees for current account.&lt;br /&gt;d) 30 years&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bank B:&lt;br /&gt;a) Flexi Conventional&lt;br /&gt;b) BLR - 2.2%&lt;br /&gt;c) RM10 setup / RM10 monthly for current account&lt;br /&gt;d) 30 years&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bank C:&lt;br /&gt;a) Semi-flexi conventional&lt;br /&gt;b) BLR - 2.4%&lt;br /&gt;c) 30 years&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;</description>
