my house wash basin from floor to table height is 28" inc basin the height will be 33" . may i know the the height is ok ?

anybody can estimate cost for renovation double storey 50 ft X 110ft

1.enlarge living room 10 ft x 15 ft /addition new bedroom in first floor 13 ft X 19 ft (inc bath room 4 ft X 6 ft)
2.enlarge kitchen 12ft X 15ft / tabletop 3.5 ft X 10 ft with alluminium cabinet door
3.to enlarged bath room (demolish or hack toilet and bath wall )
4.rebuild new fence wall 6ft X 110 ft / 6ft X 50ft
5.staircase-removal old and hack to install handing stainless steel and tempered glass 10 ft
6.rewiring 3 fuse wire-70 light point/plug 32 point /2 fuse
7 change all window glass/3 panel tempered glass/ground and first floor
8.stainless steel - window ,main door ,side door,back door and gate
9.sliding 3 glass 3 panel door -2 units
10.painting-whole inc roof
