3rd housing loan application

Hi,

Currently , I am servicing two housing loans at the moment. I would like to purchase another condo unit. I was told that based on BNM ruling, i will only be eligible for a 70% loan for my third house. Can anyone advice with a workaround solution to get a loan with 90% funding with any legitimate finanicial house . You can PM me if this is too sensitive. Need Help.

Thanks

Bank interest during construction period

Hi Bros,

I am applying loan for my condo and I was told that there is an option provided by the bank (especially the tiger bank) to park the interest during construction as part of the loan. Anyone of the sifus have done this before? What is the pros and cons? Should I pay first during the under contruction or pay as part of the loan after completion? My principle loan amount is RM400k.

Hi, in your experience with most developmer, do you get your booking fees refunded fully or partially? The reason being is that I have booked a condo previously and my loan approved is only 85% and not 90%. I will like to reject the offer. Not sure if i will get my booking fees or not. Please advice.
