            <title>TmNet : Sorry your application has disappeared &amp;#33;</title>

            <description>Hi , I just happened to encounter one of the most frustrating case from the TM point again ( not surprising ). &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I applied for an Upgrade to 4 MBPS last week and was told they would respond to me within 3 working days. &lt;br /&gt;However after 3 days I receive no call, no update, nothing from them.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After complaining for a few times ,they gave me a report number but unable to assist me because according to them they cannot contact with the TM point directly (WTF?)&lt;br /&gt;And after the latest call they told me they cannot detect my application anymore because it has DISAPPEARED &amp;#33; Thus request me go return to TM point and line up for 3 hours ( like I did last week ) and apply again ?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Does anyone got any idea what I should be doing soon? ( Exclude burning down their TM HQ or setting up a bomb though I wanted to do that long time ago )</description>
