HELP! PANEL OWING CLINICS HUGE SUM OF MONEY

need help here! just found out after 1 year plus that one healthcare panel that used to be a good payor, is now owing our clinic 43k ringgits in total over span of more than a year. it was my mistake failing to check their payments as they constantly send some emails, but i only realised those are just invoices and no actual payment being done since june 2024. even june 2024 they were paying for august 2023 and missed out the payments for apr, may and june 2023 invoices.

despite calling their customer service line, they kept pushing back the responsibility to the finance department which is only reachable via email. and of course, the email no replies at all. there is also rumours saying some actually went to their office in subang, the office was actually empty!!

i need help here, how to claim back the 43k ringgit from them, hopefully before they chaplap
i believed im not the only victim here. medical, dental and optical peeps, lets stay united and claim back the money from them! iykyk!

Surgeon to avoid for Colorectal cancer patient

I wish to share my unpleasant experience with Dr Sxxxxl Txy from SJxx and Sxxxxy Subang.

He did sigmoid colon removal for my mom. Unfortunately, all the subsequent visits gave me very unpleasant experience.
1. We were arranged to come from Sxxxxx to Sxxx as he claimed that he prefers to collab with the onco there. Do note that he only works there once a week as visiting specialist, everytime we have to wait for hours just to see him for the short 10 mins review.

2. Surgery was performed and arranged to see Oncologist to decide whether chemo is needed. According to her, chemo is only optional, as it only helps to prevent recurrence for 20-30%, which is insignificant. (this one maybe i agreed because i have got second third fourth fifth opinion from other hospital/medical friends/evidence based articles)

3. Post op followup after 2-3 months, the first thing first when he met my mom and followed up, he asked how was her chemotherapy, apparently both parties were not communicating well at the first place. I was totally stunted about what he asked. This didn’t justify why we were referred from Sxxxxx Hospital at the first place
According to him, 20-30% is a lot, it's about life and death. But he said now there's no point of doing the chemo anymore as we have missed the golden timing. What would you think if you are standing from point of view as a patient?

4. Surgery for stoma reversal. The same surgery was scheduled for for 5th times due to many reasons, including Dr going for holiday in less than a week time(preplanned long ago) and might not be able to do the review, Dr getting infected with COVID, 1st JAN was PH, so they didn't want to double/triple pay for OT. The last one was most absurd, my mom was already admitted into the hospital, and i even paid RM40 for RTK covid test out of own pocket, drew blood and done all the blood test. Just happened when the surgeon came to ward round to see another patient next to her, my mom chatted with him. He couldn't even recognise my mom as his patient at first, but then he recalled afterwards. Then my mom just happened to talk about her getting covid infection 4 weeks ago, same timing as his. He then blamed us for not informing and decided to reschedule the surgery again! It's totally not patient's fault at the first time, it was the failure of the hospital and the Dr itself to do pre-admission screening. Upon discharged, we were informed that the amount for halfday admission today might not be covered by insurance company.

The date of surgery cancellation (8th Jan), i raised my dissatisfaction to the hospital. Then we were only got informed on the 20th Jan that he refused to perform the closure surgery(30th Jan) for my mom. He could have told me since the beginning so i could have find other more professional surgeon. Im sure you could tell how PROFESSIONAL this surgeon is from my experience. It's close to CNY, i had to find another surgeon who can perform the surgery for my mom last minute. I feel at his age of 60 plus, he should be retiring if he is no longer fit to treat patients.

my conclusion: find a younger, more professional, more dedicated surgeon out there. We have wasted too much of time overall. Every cancellation of surgery costed us a lot of money, my father travelled all the way from Kedah to KL for each dates he assigned, and i had applied leaves and he could just simply call off the surgery last minute. Not to forget hundreds and thousands ringgits spent on stoma supplies out of own pocket for each cancellations.

From the 3 months post op stoma reversal, now became 6 months already, also havent done the surgery. He’s been giving false hopes to my mom. And i believe patient with stoma bag definitely cant wait to do the stoma reversal asap. Each cancellations i could see the disappointment in my mom’s eyes. Im really frustrated with this experience hence sharing here to avoid this surgeon at all cost no matter how experienced he is.

Estee Lauder Website is a total BS. It is so hard to reach their customer service especially their hotline. I called from day and night trying to reach them but nobody picked up.

It has been a week since i ordered and nobody actually updated me the status of the shipment. The email reply was only reassurance. ‘ Thank you for sending us a message. Please be informed that we had forwarded your concern to designated department for further check and assist. However, we haven't received any update from management. Rest assured that we will keep you posted for any available information we will receive. Thank you.’

These are the replies i got after chasing them to ship the items asap for my mom’s birthday. Better order from sephora or other websites. Totally a disappointment!

i was quoted with RM 2180 cheapest by Suntek PPF for CX5, there are other companies quoted up to 4-6k for full front only.
Is it okay to take the RM2k one, possible kena conned or something?
What should be the normal price range?

Greetings to all,
Im currently looking for property to rent for two person stay around Bandar Sri Damansara, Bandar Menjalara, or Kepong area. Which condo/apartment/house would you recommend(if any)? Prefer low density, more locals, guarded, ample parking space, safe for female, budget below 1.5k, not willing to share house with strangers. Have been seeing some condos/apartment eg medan putra,beverly tower and some forgot their names coz too many of them. Too many cars parking haphazardly along the roadside, which I have crossed them out of my list.
Hope to have some good suggestions, if any.
