Forumer complaining against : hertz9511 or whoever sold the phone first without disclosing its problems and voided warranty

Details of the complaint :

The item was advertised as an AP set with warranty valid till next year (receipt dated 14-3-2012). Turns out the warranty isn't valid and I only found this out later. There were a number of previous owners even though the phone is only 2 months old. The two previous owners I contacted claim to not know anything about this issue. As I bought it from hertz9511, I can only raise this dispute with him, though he may or may not be at fault.

I would like to seek advice from all of you on how to resolve this problem. At this point I am not blaming anyone yet, but would like to use this thread to seek the truth.

I have talked to the seller, hertz9511, and he tells me he isn't aware of these problems and had traded it from another seller, Dinodino123. I also PM-ed Dinodino123 but he doesn't remember who he bought (or traded) it from. It may be possible that neither of them know of the problems with the voided warranty. But I can only deal with hertz9511 since he's the one that sold me the unit. Perhaps he can add to this thread by calling out Dinodino123 who can then call out the person he traded it from?

To summarize:

1) The shop offering the AP set has closed (found alternate)
2) Vibrate motor not working (fixed, courtesy of the shop)
3) Alternate shop won't fix future problems because warranty isn't valid due to water damage (unresolved)
4) Bad camera (unresolved)
