            <title>Tenancy Renewal with same tenant</title>

            <description>&lt;br /&gt;Wanna ask a quick question - &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If we renew with existing tenant, but using the same agent that previously found this tenant, do we pay anything to this agent?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The agent want to charge me half month rental, say coz I renew 2 years.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;She kinda help me to talk to the tenants to continue rent from me.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What&amp;#39;s the norm actually for this?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Also, what is the standard tenance agreement charge that agent usually charge the tenants? How do you calculate this?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anyone able to share?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thanks.</description>
