Tenancy Renewal with same tenant

Wanna ask a quick question -

If we renew with existing tenant, but using the same agent that previously found this tenant, do we pay anything to this agent?

The agent want to charge me half month rental, say coz I renew 2 years.

She kinda help me to talk to the tenants to continue rent from me.

What's the norm actually for this?

Also, what is the standard tenance agreement charge that agent usually charge the tenants? How do you calculate this?

Anyone able to share?
