CF Card Corrupt?

Had this 64GB CF card .

Problem started when i transfer my videos from camera into PC. In the process, the usb cable was interrupted. Then i tried to re-transfer but "please format your memory card" error comes out. Same error comes out when i plug the memory card into my camera.
I'd tried several recovery tools, but nothing helps.
As last resort, i tried to format it. But it seems failed too..
After been a week google around, it seems my CF card become RAW FILE SYSTEM which my computer and all other recovery tools cant read/recognize.
Anyone can help me?

Let say, my budget is around 20k. What is best for me? Thanks for helping a newbie!
