OPR raise but my housing loan reduce

Hi all finance expert,

I would like to ask why BNM raise OPR recently but my monthly housing loan was reduce from 1.7k to 1.55k?

I have email to respective bank.
Their reply say that based on my principal, so even OPR raise, my housing loan still reduce...
It does not answer my questions...

Actually I am using full flexible loan, and I put small money in this loan.
Is that the money i put in flexible loan, cause the principal reduce, hence my monthly installment reduce???

Is that correct????
