Blackout everytime lightning strikes

My house blacks out every time there is lightning during heavy rain. Anyone know the root of this problem? And what should I change or replace?

HELP! GRAPHICS CARD OR PSU ISSUE

Kingston 240 GB SSD
WD Blue 1TB Storage Drive

Been having issues when playing games.
Tried playing COD Advanced Warfare and screen freezes within afew minutes
Same thing happened when playing Counter Strike and Fifa but it takes longer for screen to freeze on Fifa.
Not really sure what the issue is. Reformatted SSD, reinstalled games but problem still occurs

Anyone here can help?

Malaysia's humid climate has seen me having to retire my Ikea chair
Currently using this which gets really uncomfortable when it gets really warm.

Thinking of getting a meshed office chair that would last me for at least another one or two decades
Was looking at the Ergohuman and Herman Miller Aeron but they are quite pricey

Anyone knows any cheaper alternatives for meshed office chair and where to get them?

1. Where should I go to obtain architectural plans for my corner lot two terrace house in Subang Jaya? MPSJ?
2. And how much do I need to fork out for it?
3. And will these plans indicate the position of structural columns and beams so I know which walls I can fully hack down (or not)?

Was using my laptop connected to this monitor as per normal when suddenly the right side of the monitor flickers and has this pinkish hue to it. Disconnected my macbook pro which is connected to it and saw that there was the image burn of the right side of my desktop on the right side of the monitor as shown in the first picture. Help anyone?
Still covered by warranty. But how long will it take for dell to replace this? Do I have to go to dell for the replacement or will they come and collect from my place?
Your assistance is much appreciated
