Rental apartment has pipe leaking to unit below

Hi, I'm renting an apartment and my apartment is causing water leaking on ceiling on 2 units below my apartment.

May I know these repair cost should be covered by the apartment owner or the one who rent the house?

The apartment management say the apartment owner don't want to answer their phone and worse case they will make police report and then cut off my apartment water supply

got unauthorized devices connect to my wifi

Hi, found there are multiple unauthorized devices connected to my home wifi and I want to know if there any loopholes that causing this.

Here is my home setup
1) using unifi lite
2) using ZTE ZXHN H267A modem from TM
3) I setup another wifi access point using bridge mode with my old streamyx DSL-2750E Dlink modem

the unauthorized devices are all connected through the access point of my Dlink model, is there a bug that allow them to hack it? all of them are using xiaomi phone....

now i try to block them by increase the firewall level to high and block their mac address. Did i do it correctly?
and is modem default password is good enough? now the default password are using serial number unlike last time all using same password

new laptop cannot detect printer

I bought a new win10 laptop but it cannot detect my canon LBP6030 laser printer for driver installation.

I have confirm the laptop can be detect by my old Winxp desktop and also my company win10 laptop. My new win10 laptop actually manage to detect the printer but just that during the driver installation using the Canon software, it cannot detect my printer through USB cable.

I try to use trouble shooting and it say my new win10 laptop USB printing support might not work with USB3.0, why har? my company win10 laptop has no such issue.

Intel D946GZIS drivers for Win7

I'm still using Intel motherboard with D946GZIS on winXP. but now a lot of software are not supported and cannot run. I can't even update to have it running properly.

Anyone know whether D946GZIS can support Win7?

From Intel website, the most it can support is Window vista but from other sites, it looks like it even can support Win10 which doesn't make sense because the driver release data is on year 2007.

when i try to put my phone into EDL mode, instead of reboot and stay at black screen, it reboot and go into MIU. is this consider normal for Redmi 5A?

Hi, I'm still using an old PC with D946GZIS Intel motherboard.

Now that the chrome and IE not supporting winXP, I'm thinking to update to windows 7 so that I can use the latest browser or software as a lot of them not support update for win XP already

the issue i have is the driver I found from Intel website show that the driver only support up to windows vista. So will the driver work if I force it to use the old driver on windows 7?

i got some serious issue with my phone where i the icon bar showing that my phone is charging when plug with charging cable but in reality it is not charging.

the same micro USB cable + type converter cannot charge my nexus 5X but it can charge my friend huawei P9.

issue with setting DNS for D-Link DSL-2750E

today i updated my D-Link DSL-2750E firmware to the latest version of 2.00

Then I found out the the modem will always automatically set the DNS server address to the following everytime after I reboot. What is this DNS address?
1.9.1.9
202.188.0.133

it will always overwrite my google public DNS address

Do anyone have this same issue and how can i solve it? can i downgrade my firmware?
