I want to ask all the sifus here. Is it possible for someone with monthly wages RM2800 (EPF deducted) to own a 2nd hand house around the RM350k mark? I dont understand property value/market much. Can anyone explain. If possible, what do i need to produce (cash in hand? loans? etc).

Help in getting fit/lose weight

Hi guys,

After 8 months of marriage, I successfully gained enough weight to become something my brother would call "a baby land whale" . I'm already a big boned guy but my waist went from a 38" to 40" and I'm really out of shape. I'm planning joining a gym in front of my house tomorrow so any one can advise me a training regime to build up my stamina and lose weight at the same time? Should it be cardio first then weight training or reverse? Any sets to recommend? Please advised.

I was playing DOA 5 online just now.. Having fun getting beaten by other skillful asian master when my wife sat next to me watching me play..

Then she asked me a question that made me lose concentration..

She asked when Im playing online how much does the internet charges?

I really dont know this answer.. Im using Unifi VIP 5.. Do I get extra charged playing online? Anyone can help me answer? Im relatively new to online gaming.. Before this just play offline..

Laptop unable to detect my Wifi

Hi,

I got a used laptop for free but I am unable to connect to my Wifi. It doesnt even detect it. (I havent tried using wired connection yet, no time yet). But the funny thing is it can detect my neighbours Wifi. Can anybody help me rectify this problem? My wife tab, handphone, my PS3, handphone can detect the same Wifi.

Any help from sifu will be gratefully accepted. Thanks in advance guys. (I dont rember the laptop type and model, Asus I think. I can only check when I get back from work).

Im recently married.. the 1st week of marriage was great.. happy and the sex was amazing.. but after I started work, I found that I can't perform as much.. I mean its not like the 1st week of my marriage.. My job is really stressful, sometimes I come home really late and when I with my wife, I just end up dissapointing her and myself (she doesn't admit she's dissapointed but I can tell). I hope I'm not too graphic but I just can't get hard.. I can give her an orgasm but when it's my turn I just go soft if you know what I mean.. Whats wrong with me? Is it stress? Is ED? Anything that I can take pills or something for this? Im really sad, scared and I really want a baby.. Guys help me out..

My neighbour bought his son a PS3 yesterday. As per my advise, which I regret giving, he bought it through an online shopping website (local one - I bet you all know whch one). So this afternoon he called me and said his son can't play Fifa 12 on it. So I tried to troubleshoot for his son. Still cannot play, got some error coming up. Not sure what it is.

I went to his house just now and saw what the problem is.. The PS3 has been jailbroken.. The buyer didn't inform them that it is modded.. Version 3.55, got multiman inside.. cannot play games higher firmware than their version..

I feel pretty bad for recommending them to buy from that site.. So my question is.. Can they un-jailbreak the machine? I there any way to do that? Will they get banned from PSN? I really dont know what to do.. Please help guys .. I feel really bad..

i just upgraded from a normal CRT screen tv to a lcd tv.. at 1st i just played my ps3 using the normal component cable but the picture is blurry.. then i read from a site that the picture is blurry coz i didnt use a hdmi cable so i went out and bought 1.. i used my ps3 with the hdmi cable but my fifa 11 is still blurry and got ghost image (but not as bad without using hdmi cable).. pls help me guys.. if i play other games the quality is superb but not with fifa 11..

im using Sony Bravia 32" LCD tv..
