i was a hotlink customer , ported out early this month to Umobile . however when i try to MNP back to Hotlink , it shows – Sorry, you have entered an invalid ID number, mobile number, or both –

Do i need to wait 1month only can MNP back to Hotlink Postpaid ?

i have joint name with my wife for my 1st house and on housing loan as well.

I made withdrawal in EPF under buy a new house purpose , but my wife never done that.

We are still staying in the house and serving the housing loan.

Now , my wife would like to buy a new house under her own name .

Does she eligible for EPF withdrawal under buy a new house (1st house)?

Hi , while i start to paint my condo , my old paint start peeling and damaged the paint work....

do i need to scrap off all my old paint ? i suspect my developer use bad quality paint and causes the moisture issue .

I have surveyed for renovations and household items throughout the past few months , for my newly VP condo.

Basically I can summarise that , no matter how good a seller , in both reputation and price offered , they tend to take advantages on u , the buyer . Do not 100% trust a seller who are recommend by anyone , even frm low yat forum and take for granted .

For an example , I was given 2 so called recommended renovations contractor over here . At first , they promised u tis and that .keep follow with u on the appointment date . And they can simply ffk u at very last min , like 1hour before the promised time ..and even blocked u frm whatsapp.... This is simply disappointed and annoying ..

I have purchased a wardrobe set frm a very popular company , mxxbxx....the deal was very smooth and paid a deposit of RM1000.... The seller even promised to accommodate the time to meet for site measurement ...

But when I called in 1month ago for the appointment , the seller simply show an irritated attitude . End up I fed up and meet her to finalized the model and arrange for delivery . No site measurement done ...they knew that u have paid RM1k deposit and u can't cancel the deal , so they don't farking care about it ...

Xxx curtain , very popular curtain company in Nilai . I met this company at fair last 2weeks . I was told that they are having promo for curtain .

The seller did a calculation on the total price and didn't provide breakdown of cost . End up I found out he simply over charged me RM200 , after I request a comprehensive breakdown ... It's so unethical ... Pls do request for breakdown of cost and check properly ...

I brought back my invoice the 2nd day and required him to amend the total amount . He simply showing me how impatient he is , after he not managed to overcharged me ... Invoice is amended at the end ...

There are more experience to share , but in order to protect my own self , I will only share it after I gotten my product ...

How do u guys calculate electricity charges for room with more than 1 pax? While all of the room with aircon and 1 pax only...

lets say there are 5rooms and 4room with 1pax each, and another 1 with 2 pax. Is it fair to divide by 6pax and charge 2 pax on the room ?
