Celcom 3G in penang

Hi, i stay at the apartment near the INTI there. For the past 1 year i am subscribing the PenangFon
service, but i feel unsatisfied with its service mainly because of its frequent down issue and high latency
to online game and also cannot achieve the speed it promise.

So, i was thinking to subscribe other broadband service, and the first that cross my mind is the celcom 3G because
i hear that it didnt block the p2p and it suite me well cause i frequently travel between KL and Penang.
So, whoever live in penang area feel free to drop by and share your exp with us. Please state:
1) Area :
2)package :
3)Average Speed :
4)Any Issue :
5)Running any p2p program? Hows the speed?

Anyway, few questions about the wireless broadband service.
1) I hear that for Rm68 package, a monthly usage is only 5G, is this apply to the Rm98 package too?
2) Did the different brand of USB modern made the different on the speed we can acheive?

Thanks in advance!!!
