Details of the complaint :

Supposed to buy 1 unit of blackberry from this member and already booked 1 from him. he promise to give cheap price as ive been asking to buy the unit since first batch. its confirmed with the price of 850 as he/she agreed. its a preorder so have to wait until 22/11/2012. he/she updated his thread n stated that all the unit received and need 1 or 2 days to arrange the booking.

2 days passed by n still no sign on him. keep on PM and sms but still no replies. got sms form him/her on 25th saying that he can cod on that nite but later on saying he's not able to do so coz got some other things to do n arrange back to do the cod on the next day with word 'maybe can'
keep on waiting the next day n smsing him/her but no reply like usual. try to pm as well but no reply too. i keep on smsing until today, 28th Nov asking either he/she still wanna do the transaction and still no reply.

If he/she dont wanna do the transaction just because the CHEAP PRICE he/she give me before then dont make people put hope. pls think of others too. just because he/she sell the item cheap n seems to get lots of good repo in this business doesnt mean that he/she have to put mine aside.

The bottom line is, vh_20, dont promise people to give your bloody super cheap price for the unit if u can keep ur promise. maybe 850 sound impossible to get a new bb but u said so. or maybe i should capture screen n show here? if u think that ur bloody price is too low than u might just said so!

currently i hv PL with cimb bank total of 20k but decided to do early settlement.
ive applied the loan on sept 2011. my question is :-

1- did anybody know how much i have to pay for the early settlement
2- did i entitle any rebate?
3- any penalty charges if do settlement before 1 year?
4- can anyone show me on how to calculate?

Reason for sale: upgrading.

1 unit of compaq cq40 to let go. 5/10 condition, no warranty. one of the key button went out but put double sided tape n still can use. bottom case- several original rubber missing, also put double sided tape to stabilize the laptop. pls refer picture. the LCD a little bit 'shaken' but no problem at all, not major shaken n still works perfectly. recently the laptop cannot start. changed the charger then will power up for 10 min but then untill now cant start so i considered as full faulty.

i'd really2 need help here in lowyat.net regarding this matter.

i'm a cimb staff in check fraud department, been there for almost 2 years in the same department.

last few days i've applied with citibank, on the same division. just thinking on something for a change. new environment.

however i'd like to know more about citibank nature of environment if let say i happens to work there in future. and i'd really hope that ppl here can give their opinion on which one should i choose. this will help me alot.
