Construction beside my house

Hello guys,
There's construction beside my house and they are doing piling.
In the piling progress, my house kitchen and room vibrate.
If im not wrong, it will cause my house wall to crack.
The question is, are they allow to do so? and what can i do on it?
Is there any law that they are not allow to do so? if yes i would like to have some links regarding it.
I'm currently trying to search online regarding the piling guideline.
