Silk highway and putrajaya
Ard 20 to 50 km ( fr Sg balak RV)

Reason : Good condition of the road n wide
Fresh air v alot of tree and nice building
Cycling environment (u can see cyclist anywhere, senior, family v kids, cycling addict or teenages)

2. Silk highway toward sg long
Reason : the nearest place to me
Fresh air n mountain along the route
Cyclist crowded
When : weekend (sat & sunday) & public holiday ard 7am

3. PD
Reason : Kampong Feel
Fresh air along the estate (toward rantau)
When : weekend (sat & sunday) & public holiday ard 530am

Hi all
Anyone will be the resident there?
Yesterday i call up to the sale office, they "brave" to give the estimation date of hand over the hse Key.
It will ard tis month end or next month. B4 that, they even cant say estimate when.
So high chances it will correct.

Will do any renovation? any recommendation?i m lookg 4 that...
