Mukim Rawang.
Can anyone advise which land office should I go to?

thinking of buying a jazz 1.5L as well. but also considering nissan Xgear. hard to decide.
price difference is RM10k. Have not really test drive yet. Wonder how much differenc in term of "boot" space to put things.
I know they are not the same type of cars and hard to compare. Any comment is welcome.

I have bot a house one year ago, now i plan to withdraw epf account2 money under "WITHDRAWAL TO PURCHASE A HOUSE".

after i got the money from epf, i can use it for whatever i like? for example do renovation, buy furniture, or even use it to buy another house?

I called Maxis customer service and they said i can just put the broadband simcard into my blackberry bold and i can connect to internet
but some how i tried that it is not working
do i need to do any setting to my blackberry bold?

would like some opinion from sifus.

i am thinking of buying one of the below but cannot make up my mind yet. My purpose is investment, but maybe will be own stay later. All freehold.

1) Bukit Rahman Putra, 2 story, 20*70, $550k

2) Sri Damansara SD11, single story, 20*65, $510k

3) Sri Manjarala, 2 story, 16*55, $450k

Any ppl can help giove some opinion? the pros and cons.

i am new here. Wondering what does DBIS mean? It means 0% Loan Interest during Construction Period?
Or it means after paying downpayment, no need to pay any thing until the property is completed construction?

Also I noticed there are two types of systems: CIE and EDEXCEL.
