Sorry guys, I have got a very basic question here as this is my first time buying a property.

How do you guys compare mortgage loans from different banks?

1. Some banks have basic lower BR, but high +0.xx% interest and some bank does the vice versa. Does that makes a different? Although end up they are similar rate.

2. Some banks required you to buy full period MRTA, some banks can go lower. Which one to choose?

3. Miscellaneous fee seems to be quite standardize, RM 212 for processing, RM 20 stamp duties... is there any other cost to consider?
