Kancil 850Ex Top Overhaul List of Parts

Hi. I would like to know the things that will be done in top overhaul

1. the list of things needed to be changed
2. the price
3. any foreman around Petaling Jaya area if possible.
My car is a Kancil 850Ex which havent been properly maintained for 10 years. Engine oil leaking and alot of noise but no power. Haven't serviced gear oil, filter and things like that.
