Office workstation NEED RECOMMENDATION

My office will be hiring a new Interior Designer and we don't have a PC that can meet his workload. Programs will be use are Autocad, Sketchup, 3DMAX,and Lumion.

Budget will be TBD but minimum 5k. Need your help with specs and if can all the parts be found in one shop. BTW need to have either a quadro or firepro and probably a intel I7 6700.

Should i trade in my porsche boxster for E-300-bluetec ? This year or wait next year when the new E-class comes out. if not this should i take other car ? i got a few options

Hi i need help on network solution for my SME office, the staff is around 20-30 ppl at any one time. Current setup is shit and using dinky equipment (shit router and switch). So i need consultation for upgrading my network, current contender is CloudComputer but they specialize in mikrotik equipment (not technical enough for mikrotik). Budget is TBD but probably around 3-10k ,need to discuss with big boss. Our office is a architecture firm so we deal with 3D models, Cad Files, BIM files, and etc. Currently most of our connection is 10/100 with cat5e, so opening a cad file is quite slow.

Please give recommendation on what network consultants should i get.

HI i'm trying to find a new broadband plan for my office, currently using the old plan that unifi gave us years ago for Biz10 for Rm550. So trying to find a better broadband package for the office . Currently thinking of either continue using Unifi but upgrade to Biz20 or using Time Fibre. OR internet Speed equivalent to Rm550.

For those who are resellers pls PM me as soon as possible for a good deal. Office location is SS15 subang jaya.
