Hey guys, just for discussion.
I saw some of advertisement are selling condo in Bangkok, price start from RM290k, 2 years guarantee rental.

Just wonder anyone of you here or someone around you has bought any condo/properties in Bangkok? Can share your experience? Eg loan? Rental? Potential?

I'm thinking to have a look of its preview in one of the hotel in PJ to know more details..

I have some CIMB (CWA) unit trust which i bought from agent 2 years ago. Just wonder can I just top up my unit trust in any CIMB bank besides ask my agent to top up for me? You know..sometime agent will "advise" me not to top up because market bad or ask me top up more

Should I allow my company to pay my PCB?

Hi all, my company give me an option can OR not to help me to pay the PCB. Although I know my company will getting fine if not pay for me, but I am not sure what they still give me such option.

Actually I am thinking not to let my company to pay my PCB because few reason:-
1) Is better I owe the hasil department rather than they owe me later, which is pretty hard to get refund from them
2) Is it better if i use the PCB money to do some investment like unit trust etc, by end the time paying tax, only withdraw the money out?

I need some real advice from you guys, will I getting into trouble if not pay PCB?

ISP/package: Streamyx 1MB
Location: Kepong KL
Have you called your ISP's helpline?: Yes

Personal equipment
Modem/Router: TD-W8901G
Firewall used: No

Problem details
ADSL light stable, no blinking, but browse any website is so slow.
Try to run test speed, only get around 200kbps. Streamyx guy came and try using his own modem, can up to 1500kbps! He said is my modem problem, ask me if got warranty go to change to another new one.

Is modem will effect the speed of my connection??
