I have a friend own a iphone4 from maxis purchase at January this year, today we go maxis centre Klcc a staff over there call Steven he tell us the iphone4 can't claim because the adaptor connector there should be white colour but my friend turn to red colour he said my friend phone kena water or swimming before but my friend totally did nothing with the phone, now he said if still need proceed to claim then apple will charge us RM 1600. The iPhone still under warranty period but can't claim. Wtf? Is anyone having same issue with my friend? What he can do right now? Thanks.
