How to add other mail account to iphone?

Hi there, lately my mom bought an iphone 4.

Then i tried to help her adding the mail account like i did for my own iphone.

However, her mailing account is her company mail account. Like xxx@xxx.net.com.

At first i chose other instead of mobileMe and hotmail.

Then add mail account, enter the name, address, password and description.

Next, problem came in.

May i know what is IMAP and POP?

I have no idea what to choose for setting up the mail account.

I simply chose POP and enter the incoming mail server host name as pop.secureserver.net according to google.

And outgoing mail server host name as smtpout.secureserver.net.

Lastly, i tap the save button.

Thats all.

Then i check the mail inbox, there was nothing in the inbox. I keep updating, still the same.

How can i read the mail content?

I had restored my laptop just now.

After that, I tried to back up my i4 like usual.

However, this happened.

I didnt installed any app lately.

Desperately need HELP from all sifussssssss.

What can i do to slove the problem?

hi there,

my friend had installed the whatsapp into his nokia 5800 lately.

at first, it was okay and working good.

But then, his nokia phone temp was very hot today after charging. he can even feel it inside his pocket.

he tried to uninstall the app, and then his phone went to normal condition. ( not hot anymore )

may i know why would this happen?

I googled it before, and the answer was no.
however, when i tried to facetime my friend, the data used for the 3g increased. Alot !!

Can somebody help me find out the true answer?
