Problem With Nokia Software Update

Hi,i have Nokia X3-02 with software v5.32..
I want to update to V6.00..
i've tried using Nokia Software Update and failed to open it after Installed...
Update using the phone also i've tried,but it say no new software available..
anyone can help??
