i need help , dont know what is happen to my modem or streamyx line .
my package is 8mbps test speed can go 9mb but when i watching youtube always buffering and lag ...

i using modem from TM INNACOMM W7100N
even i try connect from others device also same P9Mate Pro .

is my modem have problem ? or streamyx is like that ?

Please help and advise me any model of streamyx modem more stable ??

i register with FB people they told me celcom have 1 plan RM51 unlimited internet data .
so after i register only know that is black internet but ok la so far 1 month only RM51 x 2 RM102 .

after another month celcom start bar my line because of over purchase data , i think after end month bill will become normal or max charge also RM240 .
today check again my bill RM 2851 .

so now what can i do ? must pay the bill ?
max internet in malaysia is not RM200++ , can i complaint to MCMC for this incident ?

i want to ask few question regarding my streamyx 2mb package , just want to know how long tm will processing my upgrade from 2mb to 4 mb ?
my modem configuration as attach can check for me my home can support 4mb or not . because when i check at speedtest.net starting speed show 4.3 and above .

Need to have your advise , im P1 user previous after terminated last month now still received new Bill with same amount from P1 RM168 . i feel very disappointed for this issue , total amount i had pay include contract RM 246 .

my account still active ? i need to report this issue to what department ? CFM can help ?

Need help and opinion here , today just get my new streamyx 2mbps my area only can support for this .

i check in to my modem DSL Downstream Speed 1023 kbps , Upstream Speed 383 kbps .

speed test only can get 0.81mbps as attach ...

can i know this package is 1mb or 2mb ? or need to verify with telekom ?

ga-g31m-es2l problem , when go in to bios without 10 - 15 sec pc will auto shut down .
can i know is my board problem or others ?

before this can go in to windows , but will auto shut down also within 1 hour .
