[WTS] New Yonex Voltric 80

Hello~

Here's a short story about this racket:I actually purchased a Voltric 80 PG last year, unfortunately, the frame cracked in my bag due to broken string (of course without my notice). It was in fact not eligible for any warranty claim, but the shop owner was kind enough to help me to send it for warranty claim. Somehow I'm lucky enough to get a replacement racket, and received it on May 14th, so I have no complaint at all about this normal VT80 version.

Condition: New, never been used!
Warranty: I assume none, as it is a replacement unit, correct me if I'm wrong.
Specs: 4UG5 SP Coded, Yonex BG66 Ultimax @ 26/27lbs, Karakal Tribal Grip, Original VT80PG Bag included.
Serial: 3800724 @ Shaft, the one at cone started with 24.... but covered by Sunrise laser sticker.
Price: RM450

Hi everyone,
I'm new here, been thinking selling off my condominium... So is there a formula/calculator where I can work out the nett profit of the sale?

What I mean here is the profit after deducting all costs incurred including government tax, legal fees, stamp duty... etc etc.
