But I'm out of real life options, specially from my very small circle of friends and also my family. CCTV DVR cmos battery

Hi does anyone know where I can buy locally the cmos battery for avtech 785 dvr? i already asked the cctv installer they say i need to send back the dvr for them to replace the battery. since no warranty already i know they will charge ridiculous money. I know the battery is soldered to the board but if i have the correct battery to replace i can do it by myself, or i now a friend who can replace it for me. The dvr use MS621FE Rechargeable 3V Battery. Or maybe I can replace it with other type of 3v battery??? But the size not same.
