Guys and all Sifu,
please help me..

i want to resign coz i don;t think i;m capable to continue working here...
i was bonded rm24K to work for at least 2 years...this is to cover their training fees..
but since i work here i didn't receive any training except for some on the job training on ticketing tools and monitoring tools..
after 3 months working i don't think I'm suitable enough for this position...lack of experience and knowledge ..plus i don;t really know the proper procedure coz there's like millions of procedure here..

my question,
if i'm quit right now, will my company sue me?It's a MNC..
is it rights for them to bond me rm24K as their training fees but i didn;t see any training?
experienced system engineer who join this company also have to be teach on how to use all the tools here :-S..but they are not bond..this is really unfair to me..

right now i think i have the burn out symptom..each time i come to work i feels stomachache and hard to breathe... right now i;m working alone on my divisions :-S..

i just talked to my supervisor about my problem...he want to stay another month. he give me solution to follow my senior schedule for a month or two before he can release me again for night shift alone.. i was like

hi i'm currently using vista until yesterday when my pc suddenly keep show the blue screen and restart itself.
i don;t do@install anything on that particular day.
these are the error display:

stop:c0000221 unknown hard error
\systemroot\system32\ntdll.dll

step that i tried to repair my pc:
i format my harddisk to 000000 condition(full erase)
format it with xp ( cannot continue formatting as they are file that's can't be copy)
format with vista ( blue screen error messgae display)
run ubuntu live cd~still cannot boot

i try to format and install xp on my hard disk using my friends pc.
and it works.
but when i try to install back the hard disc on my pc cannot boot into windows.

the condition is like i can see on my screen and they will display the error system error. choose which type of startup(something like that)
start in safe mode
safe mode with networking..
bla bla bla..
no watter waht i choose...the system will restart isself..
anybosy know what is my pc problem?
