I am wondering why is my thread "Classic vs Gold card" removed?

Here are something that I've found after I did a few research with my group of friends.

Loan Company (Not Bank)
They are not ah long. In fact, what they do is, they will get full set of documents from you and help you apply personal loan from bank. And they will charge you 10-15% of service charge from the loan amount approved.

Licensed Money Lender
They are basically licensed ahlong. LOL. But some company requires you to show them full sets of documents. And some company will need your salary to be auto debited into your savings account.

Business Loan

Dear all..

May I know what is the minimum requirements to get a business loan for about RM50k?

I've heard from a few friends that to apply for a business loan, one must have at least a house under the applicant's name. Is this true?
