Acronis Cloning Disk to new SSD

Ok, recently I have cloned the whole OS of Window XP from IDE HD to SSD.
It is succeeded but seems like Im having a major problem.

1st. Im not using the old IDEHD equipment,the mobo the cpu inside itself(ASUS). Instead im installed it into a new Acer Desktop. So currently Im using the old OS but into a new pc.

So the problem Im having it right now that I CANT SAVE anything inside of it and all the works that I done using the Acers will turn into default,the original condition of the 1st time I have use that SSD.

Hope I did make a clear question here.

And please help? any kind resolution here?
