iPhone got stolen

Hi guys,

First of all, sorry if this isnt the right place to post!

My phone just got stolen earlier and good thing I had my "find my iphone" enabled. I have already put my phone on Lost Mode. My question now, if they happen to replace the sim card and manage to find my PIN to access the phone, since I have the lost mode ON, will they still be able to check my notes / contacts / emails / pics?

Ive got some important notes saved on my phone for my meetings and banks info.

Device is showing as offline as of now and Lost mode is still on pending, the guy hasnt turned it on since it got stolen. Anyone with the same experience ?
