Hi i would like to sell my used all in one bench press machine, only used it 3 times.
Reason to sell: no room to put it as now im only a tenant.
Cod at Seremban, no advisable to do postage as it is heavy.
asking for rm500(fixed)

What i can say is this thing is stable for for used in bench press, dumbell bench press, u can also used as barbell curl, leg extension and also leg curl.

Include also the barbell(One bar) with total plate of 23kg.()

if no buyer i will closed this thread(march).

hi guys i need your help, my obbjective is to make pc that can play xbox 360 with 23' led lg monitor at full screen and also a rig that have the lowest setting for photoshop work( dont want it to lag when loaded many RAW picture) but then capable to upgrade(change the Gc or put the gaming GC)
any suggestion?

guy i need your recomendation as im totally newbie about this, even after reading, wha is your recomendation on building a rig that working on 23 inch hd lcd, with eyefinity(3) capabilities and can play games like devil may cry 5 or tekken or etc game, im taking budget on 2k if not im just buying large lcd with normal capability pc plus xbox 360,

hi,just wanna know,i already take vet as one of my career to be but when searching and reading i heard that vet dont get much salary, example like after working 2-3 year,the increment is not that good?start like 2.8k then 2-3 years only as much as 3.5k
any idea what company that has better salary for this career?
