Hi all bro and sis,

During Covid-19, i lost my job and company car. Jobless for period of time, sons in private college, depleted all my life saving.

After Covid-19, i finally managed to secure a new job. I am currently taking grab to works which cost me RM1300 a month.

This is insane, i need a car, but i have only 10 - 15k to buy cash because I am under AKPK.

Being searching Carlist for a while, the cars that suit the budget ( non-proton, non-perodua = used over 10 years price not much different than other brands):

YEAR AROUND 2000-2004
VOLVO S40
NISSAN SENTRA
NISSAN LATIO
TOYOTA CAMRY
Any others option, please feel free to recommend.

I need your help, I am poor, and I desparate need a transport car.

Why the Volvo S40 price is so cheap if compare pound to pound with the Nissan ? Is it worth to get the Volvo S40 ? Reliability ? Maintenance etc ?

If any car dealer that can help would be great.

a bit regret bought the TX6.

after buying, only noticed need to pay MYTV subscription for those taiwan live channels for my mom, what the....

i was using unblock tech ubox for years, all free, thought it is the same.

second, may i know how to add the channels to My Collection in MYTV ? I could not figure it out. Long press the ok like in Ubox wont work.

I need some help.

I. Deferred Tax Calculation

Then we calculation the Deferred Tax for the month, does the provision for bonus considered a Temporary Difference ?

II. Temporary and Permanent Differences between Malaysia Statutory Audited Report and US GAAP

My manager asked me "are you really sure there is no temporary and permanent differences to show in the report ?"

May I know what is he asking for ?

I am working for an US based company in Malaysia. This is my 1st month.

My son's Proton Saga Flx alarm always autolock it self after 5-10 seconds, i am thinking to change the alarm system for him.

Does anyone know any reliable alarm system for Proton Flx ? Affordable one, not too expensive because i am currently jobless due to Covid-19 pandemic.

My son met with an accident, the other car hit his car from the back.

We go report and thinking of claiming the other car insurance.

what is the meaning of that ?

Hi guys,

Need help from HR specialist.

We have a staff Mr. A, returned to Sabah for his child delivery last month. He has finished his annual leave, now on unpaid leave.

Now he plan to return to KL to resume working, and I believe he is going to be placed under 14 days quarantine.

My Question :

Q1: The 14 days quarantine period leave = to be bear by company as medical leave, or to be bear by Mr.A as unpaid leave ?

Q2 : The 14 days quarantine period cost = to be bear by company as medical cost, or to be bear by Mr. A personally ?

I could not find any official statement from the internet.

Hi guys,

I have a new 9th generation honda accord.

I bought the champagne color which is the easiest to maintain, but also the most boring to look at.

I need your advice, is it a good idea to add some car line sticker on it to make it more alive and better looking?

I tried to search the internet but could not find any car line sticker specialist shop. Do you know where to go if I would like to get some custom design for my ride?

I am an executive, please do not recommend those ah beng type of work that really does not suit me at all.

I saw most of the mini cooper comes with very elegant looking stickers, seems so original and look pretty cool as well.

Hi guys,

I need your help.
I try to make the long story short.
I met someone online and we chat became really good close mate, have some online dirty things for the past one year.
All conversation in chinese, she could not communicate in english.

Later, someone appeared and started to theathen that I disturb his beloved daughter, warn to harm me and my family, and started to post some private conversation between us in the facebook.

My brother found out and told me it is scam. Later, after in depth analysis, it is confirmed scam.

My problem now:
Those scammer will on and off posting the nasty things about me on the facebook and tag some of my friends.
Those scammer will use my family name to create a false facebook and post some negative post about me.
They could not get me, so they are attacking peoples around me.

What I have done:
I deactivated my facebook.
I blocked them in facebook and whatsapp and sms.

PLEASE HELP.

CTOS Issue

Need your help.
Lately, I bought a property, while applying mortgage loan, i was told by the bank that I have a case with RHB Bank Card Center in 2010. It is shocking news to me because I am aware that I never have any default payment issue with any financial institution since I started working in 1990.

The bank forwarded copy of the CTOS report to me. After reading it, I noticed that it was the Corporate Credit Card in my former company. When I work in that company, it gave all senior manager a RHB Corporate Credit Card to pay for expenses spent on behalf of company.

The FUN part:
March 2009 : When I quit the company, I notified RHB Card Centre to terminate my card and fully settled all the sum. The card center confirmed card is terminated and nil balance. In fact, I called them yesterday, they checked the system also confirmed my card was terminated in 2009 with nil balance.

August 2010 : RHB Bank issued summon against the company for 52k and named all the corporate card users as defendants as well (including me).

MY Questions:
1. How can the bank summon me if my card was terminated with nil balance?

2. This is corporate credit card, why the users named defendant?

I called the lawyer of RHB Bank, she said the case was fully settled and closed years ago. but CTOS did not update.

Bro, I have perfect financial records with CCRIS, if not this CTOS innocent case, i am 100% clean. I am concern the bank may reject my loan based on this settled case.

May I know what can i do in this case?
How to get CTOS to remove my record?
The RHB lawyer said RHB Bank can get CTOS to remove the record, true?

Any lawyer bro / sis can help ? Can I hire you to do the above for me? Price?

I am seriously looking into getting a unit in either one of them.

But I am confused which is the better one to go for.

My target is around RM500-700k for investment.

Their selling price per sq. ft. is quite close:

Damen is the highest at RM680-730.
Youone is around RM600.
Empire remix is around RM500-600.

Please help.
