Hi guys bought a condo back in 2018 for investment which is due to complete by 2nd quarter of 2022. 700+ sqft with 2Room 2Bath. Hey guys I’m looking to get a new 4k monitor preferably a Dell Ultra Sharp IPS Panel about 32 inch.

As u can see based on my current PC specs below, I do not have a graphic card so hoping for u guys to suggest a decent one to supplement it.

Monitor wise I’m looking for pure picture quality (YouTube, Netflix, HD movies) and not so much into Photoshop or editing. Thanks in advance.

Sorry guys newbie so not sure about posting guidelines. I am currently looking for a 4k monitor at 3840 × 2160 resolution.

Used primarily for UHD video viewing, watching Netflix/youtube and for best picture clarity. Zero gaming purpose.

May I know what are the criterias when looking for such monitors. Would be great if u guys can recommend me some models.

Hey guys I’m planning to join Celebrity Fitness, Metro Point Kajang branch and was planning to sign up for their personal training sessions…reason is I need someone to push me during workout and also help me with my diet as I plan to cut down on my body fats

My height is 174 cm and weight 95 kgs which is quite high and I’m currently obese. Plus point will be that this particular CF branch is literally a 5 min walking distance from my house

Anyways wanted to get opinions from u guys in general about CF’s personal training session…appreciate any input

Hey guys taylor's are holding an Australia fair for students who wanna transfer there for their degree programs this saturday..im a diploma in business student at the lakeside campus and will be graduating in mac 2016..im interested to continue my degree overseas but havent decided which country yet and im looking at australia as one possible destination...according to the taylor's educational counsellor, she said i can bring my transcript which is my sem 1 results since im only in sem 2 now and i can negotiate certain subjects exemption..i got a 3.86 and was planning to take up a major in economics...also i was hoping for a good financial aid as well and im looking at universities such as sydney, melbourne, queensland or new south wales..any advice on what i need to bring or ask the counsellors from the respective universities

Hello guys need ur advice...currently a student in taylors lakeside and studying diploma in business..will be expecting to graduate in 2016 mac..i have the ambition of studying overseas after my diploma to continue my degree and will like to major in economics...i have few universities in mind such as LSE, Warwick and Harvard but will be open to suggestions..also will require good financial aid whether from the university itself or locally...either UK, US or Aussie will be my option..what do i need to do to be eligible to apply to these universities..i can maintain a 3.7 and above..anything else that u guys think i ought to do?

hello guys im a graduate from a flight school with a commercial pilot license..but as you all may or may not know the job shortage is at the worst currently that it is virtually impossible to find a job now in the near time...so im planning to do further studies but i have to start from the basic again doing a pre-u course...i was thinking of doing pschology..my parents have spent rm250k on my pilot course...they can only come up with the money for my pre-u course thats all..if i wanna to do further degree or anything i have to take a loan or ptptn...with what i know ucsi does offer a merit if i do take up the foundation course there..i was thinking of doing foundation in arts with hope of getting a merit...but im also keeping my options open if i want to go to help since their psychology program is one of the best here....any advice u guys can give me? will be appreciated

Hey guys im 22 this year and i have been having severe dandruff problem for many years now..to what im shy to wear dark colour clothes anymore as they will drop from my head....last week i saw this deal from groupon for hair wash/treatment from miracle hair expert and decided to try it out...after the skin analysis done it was confirmed that i have sensitive/itchy scalp and need treatment....the girl offered me a package which was rm1888 for 5 treatments and my situation according to her would require about 10 treatments..then when i asked can this problem be solved permanently after that? she said depends on ur skin condition..maybe u need to come for once in a month treatment...i just didnt like her attitude and she was pushing me for the sale...when i told her ill have to discuss with my parents, she then pushed me to buy the detox shampoo which was 200ml worth rm68...from what i have read from the search i did in this forum, this so called hair experts would only want to suck up ur money...she even told me im starting to develop MPB...but im 22 years old...is that even possible??...so i need suggestions or help from u guys regarding any skin/hair specialist that are good and reliable...i dun mind spending a couple of hundred compared to thousands at those centres...any shampoo that u guys think will help? again my problem is severe dandruff problem not baldness or anything...thx in advance

hey guys im planning to add another hard drive to my rig to store all my media files like those large blu-ray movies....i already have WD Green 2TB but its really really slow...whenever i want to open the folder which has my movies or videos in it, it takes a long time to load....when i was building my rig i was thinking that im only just gonna store the movies so might as well just get the green one but im regretting it now....so i have decided to get either the red, black or re4 enterprise and also not blue coz i want at least 2TB and blue is only up to 1TB..

Hey guys need some help from u ppl here...im 21 male, weight 87.5kg and height 172cm...did my body compositon analysis in the gym...this are the stats....fat mass 28.6%(25kg), bmi 29.6 and BMR 1844kcal...as u can see its very very bad...fat mass so high and bmi 0.4 away from obese....so i did my research and so far from what i have gathered i must do cardio n weight training to burn fats and gain muscles....my question here is about weight training coz as for cardio im doing this HIIT.....so how days in a week should i do weightlifting combined with cardio...what im worried is i dunt want to do too much weightlifting which will make me look too bulky...i just want a nice lean body...since im gonna be free for the next 6 months at least...i can workout at least 6 days a week for couple of hours a day...suggestions plz otais?
