used car purchasing procedure question

Hi guys got questions to ask.

Currently i'm looking for a BMW 430i in malaysia, as a foreigner I'm not used to purchasing 2nd hand car in malaysia 1st car i bought was brand new car so it was worry free.

1. before purchasing or make any downpayments can i ask the dealer to bring the car to BMW service center(since the dealer mention that car is still under warranty by BMW) or my trusted workshop with me to make full car inspection ? heard alot of dealers are cheating with odo meter in car and scared of oil leak. ( the location of the dealer is in kajang and my workshop is at PJ )

2. since this will be my 2nd car I already got my own insurance can i put it uder same insurance company?

3. Is warranty that dealer provide is reliable? or do i need to get 3rd party used car warranty by myself

My company is currently selling Kimchi through shopee and Korean society forum

and now I would like to supply my product to some supermarkets in Malaysia Tesco,Aeon and ETC

i would like to ask few questions

1. after desgining my food packaging do i need to get approval from goverment department? if yes can i know the department?

2. is there any agent or broker company that handles this process?
