Bought new and get "demo" unit.

Recently bought a Lenovo monitor of shopee. Great rating. Price was ok. I pick the shop due to rating and review.

Received the monitor yesterday. All great and lovely until I realised it's not originally sealed box. Not a biggie. I'm fine as long as products is alright.

Then I saw some accessories wasn't packed, still ok.... I took out the monitor .. there are used mark.. print and etc that aren't wipe properly.
The biggest mistake was found sticked beside the white foam, crammed ... a sticker written demo unit #12.

But monitor was ok. No unacceptable physical damage. So I guess I chat with seller.

Long story short. Seller wasn't very polite, no sincerely apology. Ask me to return if I am not happy. Well .. it's not about that. It's about dishonesty plus it's a hassle and time consuming especially you are expecting to use the monitor now.

Ask for a discount as per demo unit used price to be fair. Seller unable to agreed with my proposed price for rm50 less. He straight up blocked me.

This is just rude and unacceptable business ethics.

Back home....weather here is a blessing.

The one and only airport. 1 flight in and out a day, you miss the buss or hotel pickup, you in deep shiet. The airport is basically empty and half closed after all passenger is out and left. It's 32 euro per person to the hotel and journey took abut 1 hours.

This is the kakslautannen igloo hotel, there is 2 size, a large and small. Large igloo came with shower and small have only a WC. Per night is about 710 Euro for 2 adult and 1 child. It's half board, so breakfast (basically macam macam roti) and dinner included. Cheaper option would be wood cabin.

Unker need some help, so unker trying to be smart by staying at the hotel nearest to the track so I've booked the Concorde KL but then I realised how screw I am as they block the road to the hotel. zzz
Meaning I need to park somewhere nearby and carry auntie and my little boss ridiculous luggage's to the hotel.

But question is where can I park, that is safe?

Advice on RPGT exemption

Working on RPGT exemption for a prop I am selling under my name.
I do understand that this is once in a lifetime claim.

My question is how will that affect my other properties that is under me and my spouse name?
How does that work after I claim my own exemption?

So I claim for exemption for this prop, I no longer can claim.
Then when I dispose off my others props that is bought under both name can my wife claim her part? Will that be in full or half? Lets ay 20% RPGT... it's going to be 10% only or 20% as well?

Personal equipment
Modem: TM Unifi modem
Router: TM Unifi modem
Firewall used: no

Problem details
Trying to extend my network to my room using POE from Aztech, model HL 105E 85mbps.
Thru my laptop via WIFI I am able to get 4.5mbps in average with relatively good upload speed as well.

manage to connect successfully however, when using POE my computer in my room seems to be getting on average 0.6mbps. Upload remain positive.

What can be the problem? Is there any setting that I missed in router? Is there even any needed?
Alternately, is there any other better way of extending my wifi signal to my room?

Any help much appreciated.

unable to reconnect WiFi - Lumia 720

Out of suddenly my Lumia can't reconnect to my house WiFi. Keep saying password incorrect. I reset my modem and everything works again, until i go out and come back, it can't reconnect to the same WiFi again. Keep saying incorrect password whereby i know 100% password is correct.

anyone experience the same?

try to watch some movie from coachtuner.eu but somehow even with 6 embedded player non of them works with windows phone but works perfectly with windows 8.

I can't seem to click the player without it going full screen as wp8 default player.

any insight will be much appreciated. Or is there by plugin of sort that need to be downloaded?
