Oracle10g Startup Error

Hi there to all Oracle DBA

I have a question I'm try to setup an Oracle Database 10g on a Solaris 10 for my company DB server. Installing is all fine. All the requirement are passed.

During the first time installation the Database is Started and all is fine. But Here is the problem start after the shutdown of the Database. I cannot to start it back up. Among the Error I have encounter are ORA-12546 that is Permission Deny and ORA-01030 for Insufficient privileges. I have put the folder privileges to chmod 777 this should enable all.But everytime I try to startup my DB it still state the error. I have google the error and try out the solution. I even already try the solution give by experts-exchange.com.

Rio 1.4 Thinking abt gettting it

Hi I just wondering abt Kia RIO 1.4 is it worth buy the car. I like the look and all. For me lah just dont bash me coz I like it . Anyway I looking around to buy a car. I like hatchback. I just wondering about the car. Each car have there own problem. I would just like to know if there any Kia Rio 1.4 owner. Is it good?
