sewage tank blockage in shop

Dear forum members l am renting a shop in puchong area. Recently my sewage tank at the back block.
At first l tot is my fault cause l am doing pets shop business and sometime my staff wash the dog and cat fur in. I call the indah water ppl and they came with some rods and connect them and push in the sewage area. Then they stop and told me got cement lodged inside. I also suspect cause 2 years back when l first rent the flow also not so smooth. The contractor who renovated buat tak tau. My problem is now indah water say they have to use a strong water jet to dislodge it and it will cost around 2k. I wonder is this the proper amount ? Is there any other company or plumber who can do it at lower rate ? My landlord is not willing to pay so much.

Hi would to ask every forumer about this Puncak Jalil shoplots/ shop area. Last time this Talam project seems to make this place very " suai' and gloomy future, because of it's poor qualilty. However nowadays when I drove past this taman I realize it seems to be coming up slowly, and more and more shops opening. Some of the makan shop and car wash shop business very good. There are a lot car/tyre shops as well. Mydin and speed mart is there already.

I actually thinking of starting a business there. Will this place grow ? With about 10,000 landed properties and also lestari perdana nearby, business will be ok or not good enuf ?
