Buyer demand refund after 3 months

Hi all,

Just need advice. I sold a used phone 3 months ago with condition of it being just the screen has scratches which the buyer did know and aware of as we met in person. Found the buyer thru online selling platform.

Now only after 3 months the fella is asking for a refund because the guy claims that the phone has reception problems which I didn't have before. As the phone is still under warranty, I did ask just for him to go and check but he still wants me to be responsible.

Anyway because of the incessant annoying messages I got decided to block him before I lose my patience.

Any advice how should I handle this to protect myself, should I lodge a police report as he does have my contact info and these days you never know things may be viralled without people checking both sides of the story.

Anyway appreciate any advice if some have gone thru similar problems.

problem when video is loading

hi guys,

i have this problem when im like watching a video or waiting it to load, it seems that i cant surf other websites while the video is loading, the other websites would come out with unable to view the page but at that same time ym can still on and i cant even the gateway 192.168.1.1 at the same time, is it a wireless driver problem for my laptop, im using HP elitebook 2530...

im using streamyx, any helpful response is very much appreciated thanx....

laptop suddenly shutdown after upgrading ram

guys my prob is that after i upgraded the ram of my laptop sometimes my laptop would suddenly shut down without any warning whatsoever, why does that happen?...i checked the ram and it is installed properly

anyway my laptop is toshiba, upgraded from 1 GB ram to 2 GB ram
