Help need advise with msc status application

Hi guys. I am very new to this kind of application. So i post to ask. I searched the forum already,..nowhere said anything about msc status application stopping, so i post this new one ya. Here goes..

My friend company (i got share share abit la) was applying for msc status. He apply himself because we wanna save abit of money. We all finish the proposal already suddenly now the mdec people at cyberjaya telling us now application all stop because new government no directive and all company apply incentive in malaysia all stop till further notice. hahhaa..now new goument also adopting lowyat policy ah, no new member! lolol... but aiyo... Is it true ah?

My friend then call up his uncle working in mida, his uncle say no ah in fact the mida for manufacturing sectors still on and that one also consider incentive right? so what is hpapening ah? is it the new goument not clear or some people purposely wanna sangkut the application? why so inconsistent wan government agencies? they like this we as business owners, or like me save from young invest abit here and abit there die la.. Tun punya business friendly model definitely not being followed by these government agencies la

we also sangkut because we JV with tech partner in indonesia we say we applying msc no problem sure ok, worry if we dont get msc on time by september the our deal off because they only want to jv with company that goument certified... shit la.

i so desperate until i start calling the list of consultants i find on google. all say same thing, dunno la, not clear. Some say ya, heard stopped but not sure because no announcement. even the more expensive bigger ones also dare not take my case even if i can afford them because say the mdec also say stop. how come no announcement and so last minute wan. I wonder if it is really mdec or our new goument blurr but then i got my boss to call our company auditors in KPMG to help ask. they say no such thing because no announcement and their customer applying other incentives from mida all jalan..

i really hope someone can advise me as i invest alot of money leh in this company... die la...
