Guys, am interested in investing in the Camellia, Park Residence and engage with the 2-years contract with 8% return per annum. I heard the top 10 floors will be handled by Frasersuites, a well known and established hospitality company. My question:
(1) does Park Residence A&B offer such return interest scheme?
(2) Do you think it's a good buy if I get the 638 sq feet one at 487k with the guaranteed return scheme first two years for 8%?
