Oil Catch Tank no Baffle

Hi

Want to ask all the sifus here

I notice works engineering oil catch tank does not come with any form of baffle

Is it meant to install in the car just like that? Or do you need to add a baffle inside the oil catch tank? Without the baffle can it catch the oil in the blow by gas?

Side question, if install the provided breather on the oil catch can, does it help to reduce the crankshaft pressure? Something like their works air charger 2?
